Loyalty and Subscription Agreements

You must have Loyalty Service Available or Subscription Service Available turned on at your location (within the Agreement Types management setting) to use this feature.

If your location offers a Loyalty or Subscription service to its customers, ATMS GEN2.0 lets you track the availability and usage of a unit in your fleet that is being used on these types of agreements.

You can quickly locate Loyalty or Subscription agreements using the Agreement Type filter on the Agreement Operations dashboard.

  1. On the Agreement Hub, type search criteria and press Enter or click SEARCH.
  2. Narrow results by selecting the Loyalty or Subscription filter check box under the Agreement Type search filters on the left panel. Like other types of agreements, these records are marked with Loyaltyor Subscription tags, as applicable, so they can be identified easily in search results. See "Search for an agreement" in the Agreement Hub topic for more information about agreement searches.

A PRINT button is available in search results for closed agreements. This opens the signed agreement PDF in a separate browser tab for you to print.
